APP – Delivering what’s been promised
The Assured Performance Process has been developed to ensure that a building’s promised energy use is delivered in practice whilst addressing associated indoor air quality and overheating risk issues. APP is based on the codification of findings from the independent evaluation of more than 400 buildings, implemented by an accredited expert assessor.
